DKB Creative, a product offered in connection with DKB FIT®, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email address, country, and language preference.
  • Content you provide: photos you upload, event details you enter (event name, date, location, price), and the flyers generated from them.
  • Billing information: processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage data: basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security and reliability.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate your flyers and operate the Service.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To send service-related emails (welcome messages, receipts, password resets).
  • To improve the Service and troubleshoot issues.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the parties needed to run the Service:

  • Stripe, to process payments.
  • Our AI image-generation provider, to generate flyers from your uploaded photo.
  • The infrastructure providers that host and run the app.

We do not share your uploaded photos with any other user of the Service.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generation history for as long as your account is active, so you can access your past flyers at any time. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see Contact below.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. International Users

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
